This policy covers hallmarkbarnskentuckiana.com and the Hallmark Barns Kentuckiana app (the same site, installed on your phone). Hallmark Barns Kentuckiana Sales Lot, 1849 Gardner Ln NW, Corydon, IN 47112, is an authorized dealer of Hallmark portable buildings, TimberCraft decks and American Steel carports.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms. When you request a quote, start an order, or apply for rent-to-own, we collect what you enter: name, phone, email, delivery address, and the building or deck you picked. A rent-to-own application also asks for date of birth, employer, the last 4 digits of your Social Security number (for verification only) and two references.
• Salesperson link. If you opened our site from a salesperson's link, your browser remembers that salesperson's code for 90 days, so your order goes to them.
• Saved designs. Designs you save in the builders stay on your own device.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell your information, and the app does not access your location, contacts or photos. The "See it in your yard" feature uses your camera inside your phone's own AR viewer; no camera image is sent to us.

How we use it

Only to answer your request: prepare your quote or order, process a rent-to-own application, schedule delivery, and contact you about your purchase. Order and application details are entered into our dealer management system with the building manufacturer, as needed to complete your purchase or rent-to-own contract.

How it is sent

Forms are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. If you used a salesperson's link, that salesperson receives a copy. The site is hosted by Netlify, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

We keep order and application records as long as needed for your purchase, your rent-to-own contract, warranty and the law. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

To see, correct, or delete your information, call (812) 480-6654 or email luke.d.bruce@icloud.com. You can clear saved designs and the salesperson code at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser or app settings.

Children

Our site and app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
