Delivery questions
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free to most local areas. Farther out, we will tell you the delivery price up front.
How far will you deliver?
Almost anywhere. Buildings on our lot and custom-built buildings both travel. Call with your address and we will set it up.
Do you set the building up?
Yes. We set it on your spot, ready to use.
Do I need a pad or permit?
A pad is not required; a level gravel base helps. Permits depend on where you live, so check with your town or county. See our buying guide.
Before delivery day
- Pick a spot that is fairly level, with a clear path wide enough for the building and the truck.
- Check with your town or county about permits. Some areas need one for an accessory building.
- A gravel pad helps the building sit level and keeps the floor dry, but it isn't required.
Come see them in person at 1849 Gardner Ln NW, Corydon, IN, or call (812) 480-6654.
