2. Sign online or at the lot
Fill out the rent-to-own order and sign electronically. No credit check. Your first payment is due at signing.
3. We deliver it
We set it on your spot, ready to use. Make your monthly payments and the building is yours at the end of the term.

Do you check credit?
No. There is no credit check for rent-to-own.
How long are the plans?
36, 48 or 60 months. 60 months gives the lowest payment and is the most popular.
What do I pay to start?
Your first monthly payment is due when you sign.

Yes. Any building on our lot inventory or any building you design yourself.
